My, my, apparently the book is still out on Bill. In the past decade he has improved his ranking from 21st to 15th and now sits admist guys like Monroe and Jackson.

I had to wait almost 2 weeks for this one and “a few weeks” for the next one?! Reading a book about a President should be a vacation in itself. The next one better have Henry Clay-based humor.

The military aspect went well. Diplomatically, it was hard for Clinton, Christopher, and Albright to get the rest of NATO to agree on any plan.
