This is slightly better than Grant at 23 and Taft at 24.  By the way, Grant jumped up from 33rd in 2000 (and Cleveland fell from 17th).  Perhaps Bob&#039;s report on Grant will shed some light on this significant reassessment by the group of historians.]]></description>
